Our Pipeline
Fortitude’s pipeline features a robust portfolio of biologics and ADC molecules advancing through discovery and preclinical stages, with a focus on autoimmune diseases and cancer.
Our lead program, FORT-202, is a first-in-class T-cell targeting bispecific antibody currently in IND-enabling studies for the treatment of AxSpA. As a bispecific antibody, FORT-202 is designed to address multiple disease-causing pathways and is expected to significantly improve therapeutic efficacy. Preclinical data show promising biological activity, with selective and durable depletion of disease-related T-cells in non-human primate models with minimal impact on normal immune function. Learn more about AxSpA
Additional programs for autoimmune disease and oncology are based on our proprietary GLUE-DAC™ technology. We prioritize high-value disease targets based on biomarker-driven insights to advance our candidates toward clinical trials. Our multidisciplinary team continues to explore novel targets and combinations, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in precision biotherapeutics.
